Your property now has a lien on it, meaning an investor purchased a lien by paying your delinquent property taxes at our annual sale. The investor will now earn interest off of this lien through a tax rate set by statute. The lien on your property can be redeemed at any time with the required forms completed and a certified fund payment. Additional fees will apply. Call us at (970) 264-8325 or email Treasurer@archuletacounty.org to learn more about the redemption process and for updated amounts.
