When is my ballot due in the Clerk and Recorder’s Office?
To be counted, your voted ballot must be sent or transmitted by 7:00 pm MT on the day of the election. Voted ballots must be in the hands of the Clerk and Recorder’s Office no later than the close of business on the eighth day following the day of the election.
