NEW BUSINESS:
A. Public Meeting to Review PLN23-116, the Theiss Minor Subdivision Final Plat
Eric Spors, representing Greg and Carol Theiss, has applied for APPROVAL of (PLN23-116) the Theiss Minor Subdivision Final Plat. The purpose of this action is to subdivide the approximate seventy-four (74) acre parcel at 800 Divide View Place into two (2) lots of approximately sixty-four (64) and ten (10) acres in size. The existing parcel is zoned Agricultural Ranching (AR).
B. Public Hearing to Consider and Approve PLN23-117, a Private Helipad Board Conditional Use Permit
Baudouin D’Aumeries has applied for Approval of PLN 23-117 a Private Helipad Board Conditional Use Permit (BCUP) to construct a 100’ x 300’ landing strip and 45’ x 45’ helipad on the parcel located at 3700 Terry Robinson Rd. The parcel is zoned Agricultural Ranching (AR). Additionally, a 30’ x 50’ building will be added to the site as well for storage and vehicle parking.
