Certificates of Taxes Due (also known as Tax Cert)
A tax certificate is a legal document which provides written documentation of the status of taxes on a specific property. A tax certificate is valid as of the date and time it is printed.
These certificates are processed by the Treasurer’s office.
Property owners may need one as part of the home/land selling process, for lot consolidations or to complete STR applications.
The cost of each CTD is $10.00, this must be paid via cash or check.
