The DMV2GO will return to Archuleta County in the Spring of 2024. Please check back for updates. In the meantime, drivers license services may be fulfilled in surrounding counties.


Services provided by DMV2GO include: 

  • First time: Colorado Driver License or ID Card 
  • Out-of-State Transfers
  • Renew: Driver License, Permit, Identification Card
  • Issue New: Driver License, Permit, Identification Card
  • Motor Vehicle Records
  • Reinstatements
  • Colorado Roads and Community Safety Act services

READ CAREFULLY! Click on the Sign-Up Genius Button. 

Select the time that works best for you. Choose only one time slot per person. At the bottom of your webpage (no scrolling needed), click Save & Continue. Fill out the required info then click Sign Up Now.

(Be sure to bring the state required documents.)

DMV2GO services are located on the South side of the "Old" County Courthouse building at 449 San Juan St. Take 5th Street and turn left to park behind the building and enter through the door on the far right. 

For Archuleta County Seniors, Veterans and the disabled, early morning priority scheduling is available. Call 970-264-8309 to make an appointment if you fall within these categories. *Available only during scheduled DMV2GO visits. 

DMV2GO does not offer driver testing. If a driving test is needed, you must have this done before your scheduled appointment.
