2020 Presidential Primary Election


Democratic Presidential primary candidates John K. Delaney, Michael Bennet, Amy Klobuchar and Pete Buttigieg have submitted withdrawal forms to the Secretary of State’s Office.

According to 1-4-1001(1)(c) and 1-5-412(3), C.R.S., votes cast for a candidate who submits a withdrawal form must not be counted.

ATTENTION Unaffiliated Voters:

If you have not declared a party preference you will receive two (2) ballots in your mail ballot packet.  You MUST only return one (1) voted ballot in order for us to count your ballot.

ATTENTION 17-Year-Olds:

The Colorado Votes Act, which took effect in August 2019, allows 17-year-olds to vote in state and presidential primary elections as long as they will be 18 by the general election.

If according to our records, you will have reached eighteen (18) years of age by the date of this year's general election to be held November 3rd, 2020, you are now eligible to vote.
