Tax Lien Sale

The 2023 Tax Lien Sale will be conducted on Thursday, November 2, 2023.

To register and access the latest information go to: https://archuleta.coloradotaxsale.com.

The tax lien website will go live on September 29, 2023. Investors will then be able to register, view current delinquent accounts, access bidding rules and sign up for the Real Auction webinar training. 

The Real Property Tax Lien Sale will be hosted online at https://archuleta.coloradotaxsale.com. 

Mobile Home Liens will be sold in-person on November 2, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. The sale is conducted at the Archuleta County Treasurer's Office. 

Delinquent account lists will be available below once they are published by the newspaper. 

• Delinquent Mobile Home Taxes: DELINQUENT TAXES 2023 MH PUBLICATION LIST  
• Delinquent Personal Property:  No Delinquent Accounts as of 09/25/2023.
• Delinquent Real Property: DELINQUENT TAXES 2023 RP PUBLICATION LIST  

Lien purchasers are required to complete a W-9 Form at the time of registration.
