Concealed Handgun Permit (CHP) Renewal

CRS refers to the Colorado Revised Statutes.

 Expired more than 180 Days: 

Must reapply under the 2003 legislation:  Standard application, background/fingerprint check, proof of training.  The fees for new permits apply. CRS 18-12-211 (1)

  • Standard application form, standard fees, proof of training, fingerprint/background check. CRS 18-12-205.
  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • Term: Five (5) years.
