Agendas are posted outside of the Commissioners meeting room and outside of the Treasurer's office in the Archuleta County Courthouse at 449 San Juan Street in Pagosa Springs. Additional information can be obtained at the County Commissioners office or by calling 970-264-8300.

Meetings are held in the Commissioners Meeting Room at the County Courthouse at 1:30 pm.

Airport Advisory Commission

The Airport Advisory Commission conducts research, solicits public opinion, assists in planning and contributes to decisions by the County Commissioners in matters involving the airport. The Airport Advisory Commission meets the third Thursday of every month and the public is invited to attend.

Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails (PROST) Task Force

The Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails Task Force consists of seven voting members representing the community. The Task Force is responsible for the facilitation of the Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails Master Plan, the expenditure of Parks and Recreation 1A Funds, and joint funding opportunities. The Task Force meets on the 2nd Monday of every month at 6:00 pm in the Commissioners Meeting Room at the courthouse. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.

Roads Advisory Task Force

The Roads Advisory Task Force consists of five voting members appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. The responsibilities of the Roads Task Force include the development of a four-year road capital improvement plan, recommendations for projects and review of funding opportunities. The Roads Advisory Task Force will meet as often as necessary.
