The Board of County Commissioners has begun the process of developing regulations for large-scale retailers. This process will involve a significant amount of public input. Below are links to various documents which will provide County residents information on the “Big Box” issue as well as list scheduled public meetings and workshops. Public comments will be received by the Planning Department by clicking on the “Send Comments” link.

The building in this example is 205,000 square feet (For comparison, the entire west side City Market shopping center spans approximately 120,000 square ft).
