Archuleta Seniors, Inc. is independent of the Senior Center

Your annual membership at age 55 (including a younger spouse) entitles you to many services available through Archuleta Seniors, Inc., as well as discounts from over 40 local merchants.  The cost is $5.00 per member/per year.  Memberships are sold in the Senior Center’s Silver Foxes Den dining room Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 am – 2:00 pm.

Archuleta Seniors, Inc. (ASI) is organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes to promote and enhance the health, well-being, social, cultural, and intellectual activities of its members.

ASI provides financial assistance for dental, eye-care, physical therapy, medical equipment, hearing aid, and other Medical Support Programs for our senior members.  ASI provides financial assistance for medical transportation, both locally and to Durango.  ASI is committed to providing cultural and social activities, arthritis exercise classes, fall prevention exercise classes, meaningful speakers, and other pertinent activities unique to seniors.  Check out the Activities and Newsletter links for the current activities.

The ASI Board is comprised of members that meet on the second Friday of each month.  All members are invited and encouraged to attend.

The main fund raiser for ASI is the Oktoberfest event which was held on October 3rd. Thanks to all who helped make it a tremendous success!
