Mission Statement
The mission of the Human Resources Department is to provide a safe and favorable workplace for all employees where they can grow and contribute to the organization. We provide staff assistance to management to recruit, develop, train and retain outstanding employees.
The Human Resources Department manages and administers the employment and employee related activities of the County with direction from the County Administrator. This department provides centralized services and management of compensation, benefits, recruitment and selection, training, regulatory compliance, safety and workers compensation. We also work closly with Department Heads concerning policies and procedures associated with the management of employee related matters.
