Proposed amendments to the County Land Use Regulations for Penalties, Building on Slopes, and Definitions Sections. Finalized language will be presented in a Public Hearing at the March 15, 2022 Board of County Commissioners Regular Meeting at 1:30 pm.
D. Discussion Regarding Possible Amendments to Land Use Regulations for Zoning Standards for Marijuana
Board of County Commissioners has tasked the Planning Commission with drafting possible amendments to the Land Use Regulations for the growth of marijuana for personal use in the zoning regulations. THERE WILL BE NO DECISIONS MADE REGARDING THESE AMENDMENTS AT THIS MEETING, THEREFORE NO PUBLIC COMMENT ON THIS ITEM WILL BE HEARD. Proposals for Amendments will be presented at the February 23, 2022 Planning Commission meeting and presented to the Board of County Commissioners on March 15, 2022 at 1:30 pm in a Public Hearing. Attached document contains the San Miguel County regulations as an example only.
