Colorado Works / TANF

The Colorado Works Program serves low-income families with children by providing income assistance and supportive services to enable participants to find and retain employment and to provide for their children.

Health First Colorado - Medicaid
This is a medical assistance program for eligible low-income residents, including children up to age 19, families, and pregnant women.  NEMT (Non Emergency Medical Transport) or Medicaid Transportation is available for eligible recipients.  The NEMT form is available by selecting the link below:

Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+)

This program is a low-cost health insurance program for uninsured Colorado children ages 18 and under whose family earnings do not qualify them for Medicaid but they cannot afford private insurance.

Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP)

The Colorado Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP) provides day care financial assistance to families who qualify.
